How has being a Physics graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?
"The degree was very rigorous and challenging, and has gotten me in the door to interview for jobs that I didn’t necessarily have the most relevant experience for. It also solidified in me a curiosity to understand how things work, to question widely held assumptions, and to comfortably and effectively operate at the boundaries of what’s known or thought to be possible."
What advice would you give students in Duke's Physics programs?
"Try to expose yourself to as many different things as you can in college and beyond until you discover a field that combines your passions and your skills to tackle a problem of great need."
