- From the start menu, select "Devices and Printers", then select "Add a printer"
- Choose to add a network printer, stop the resulting network search and select "The printer I wanted isn't listed".
- Enter the URL for the printer in the "Select a shared printer by name" field as shown below
- If a driver for the model of network printer is not included in Windows, download the correct driver from above, save it and extract it.
- In the add printer wizard, select "Have Disk..."
- Browse to the path where you extracted the driver.
- Select the correct driver
- Continue normal printer setup
