Window Printer Setup

  • From the start menu, select "Devices and Printers", then select "Add a printer"
  • Choose to add a network printer, stop the resulting network search and select "The printer I wanted isn't listed".
  • Enter the URL for the printer in the "Select a shared printer by name" field as shown below

  • If a driver for the model of network printer is not included in Windows, download the correct driver from above, save it and extract it.

  • In the add printer wizard, select "Have Disk..."

  • Browse to the path where you extracted the driver.

  • Select the correct driver

  • Continue normal printer setup
