Katie Albanese, M.S. 2016

Judicial Law Clerk, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Marshall)

2016 M.S., Medical Physics

How has being a Physics graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?

"The Duke name goes pretty far, and the connections you can make just by having a common alma mater are strong. My degree at Duke also taught me a lot about hard work and perseverance."

What advice would you give students in Duke's Physics programs?

"Follow your passions! You don’t have to be pigeonholed into any particular career path. After getting my degree, I went to law school and am now a patent attorney."
