Majors in Biophysics and Chemistry
Hello! I’m Bashir and I study Biophysics and Chemistry. I’m involved in the Duke Stargazing Club, Society for Physics Students, and iGEM. In research, I’m interested in the physical underpinnings of biochemical processes. In my free time, I love to bike, hike, and run. In the long term, I hope to earn a PhD in biophysics and continue further in academia.
Favorite Class: Organic Chemistry I. It was a very memorable first college class experience that taught me how to study and connected me to my closest friends at Duke.
