Login Systems

You can use one of the following systems to log in.

Logging in remotely

Use ssh and connect to one of the following systems:

• login1.phy.duke.edu
• login2.phy.duke.edu

Example:

ssh icon@login1.phy.duke.edu

If you are using Windows, you can use F-Secure SSH to do the same.

Logging in Locally

If you do not have your own workstation, you can use one of the following publicly available machines:

• public0.phy.duke.edu: located in room 174
• ugrad0.phy.duke.edu: located in the Undergraduate Lounge (undergraduates with Physics accounts only)
